• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

MadMantra provides an AI-powered platform that deploys autonomous agents to help build, market, sell, and operate businesses. The Service includes:

• AI agent creation and management within company workspaces
• Automated task execution by AI agents on your behalf
• Application building and deployment capabilities
• Content generation, file management, and collaboration tools
• Third-party integrations and connections

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice when practicable.

• Each account may create one or more company workspaces, subject to your subscription plan.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and within your workspaces.
• You may invite team members to your workspace. You are responsible for managing their access and permissions.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

• AI agents operate autonomously within your workspace based on your instructions and configuration. You are responsible for reviewing and approving agent actions and outputs.
• Content ownership: you retain ownership of content you provide to the Service. Subject to applicable third-party AI provider terms, you own the outputs generated by AI agents within your workspace.
• No guarantees: AI agents may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it.
• Third-party AI: the Service uses third-party AI model providers to power agent capabilities. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms and usage policies.
• We do not guarantee that AI agents will achieve specific business outcomes, revenue, or results.

• Applications built and deployed by your AI agents are hosted on third-party infrastructure. Availability and uptime are subject to the hosting provider's terms.
• You are responsible for ensuring that deployed applications comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection, accessibility, and consumer protection laws.
• Deployed applications may be accessible to the public via a subdomain. You are responsible for the content and functionality of these applications.
• We reserve the right to take down deployed applications that violate these Terms or applicable law.

• The Service offers free trials and paid subscription plans. Plan details, including credit allocations and pricing, are available on our Pricing page.
• AI agent operations consume credits. Credit usage varies based on the complexity and duration of agent tasks.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees.
• Credit top-ups are non-refundable once purchased. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
• If your credit balance reaches zero, AI agents will be paused until credits are replenished.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Generate, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Create applications that engage in phishing, spam, malware distribution, or other malicious activities
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits, usage restrictions, or security measures
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this section.

• The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by MadMantra and protected by intellectual property laws.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
• You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant us a license to use your content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
• The MadMantra name, logo, and branding are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described therein.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content.
• We are not responsible for any business decisions you make based on AI agent recommendations or outputs.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MADMANTRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MadMantra, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Content generated by AI agents in your workspace
• Applications deployed through the Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period, subject to legal obligations.
• Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by the courts of Helsinki, Finland, unless you are located in a jurisdiction that requires a different dispute resolution mechanism.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service.
