1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MadMantra ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

MadMantra provides autonomous AI agents that operate businesses on behalf of users. This includes infrastructure provisioning, code deployment, email outreach, social media management, and advertising campaign management.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content and communications sent by AI agents on your behalf. You agree not to use the Platform for spam, fraud, or any illegal activity.

4. Billing and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly at $29/month with a 3-day free trial. Each renewal adds your monthly action allowance to your existing balance, capped at three months' worth so unused months stack without accumulating indefinitely. Top-up packs purchased separately stack on top of that and never expire on their own.

Revenue collected through your company's connected payment-processor account is subject to a platform fee. Run Ads charges (when configured) are billed daily; 80% goes to actual ad spend on Meta and 20% is retained as a platform fee to cover creative generation and optimization.

All charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time — cancelling stops future renewals; you keep full access through the end of the current paid period, then the subscription ends and remaining action credits are wiped. We do not issue partial-month refunds. Top-up packs and Run Ads charges are non-refundable once processed, though any unused top-up credits remain on your account until you cancel.

Pausing a company suspends agent activity but does not pause Stripe billing — your subscription continues to charge $29/month while paused. To stop billing, cancel.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content, code, and materials created by AI agents for your company. MadMantra retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

MadMantra is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI agents, including but not limited to lost revenue, reputation damage, or service interruptions.

7. Termination

We may terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your company data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
